We have extended our returns policy to 45 days to give you additional time to decide.
You can return your item within 45 days of purchase.
All items must be returned with a valid invoice, in the original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return unless the item is damaged.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us.
If you would like to exchange your item please follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you would like.
Dealing With Your Return
Once we have received your returned parcel we aim to fulfil your request within 5-7 working days. You will be notified via email or via your returns request in your account at each stage of the returns process. Due to current restrictions we are having to work with a smaller team so there can be delays in processing returns, thank you for your understanding.
Over the festive period, we know you might need a little longer to return your items so from November 1st up until January 14th you can return your items to us by post for a refund.
Items returned to us must be in a re-saleable condition with a valid proof of purchase. This can either be the order number or purchasers registered email address.
